SINGAPORE SLING

FLAVOUR: Cherry

 

TYPE OF GLASS: Highball glass

 

INGREDIENTS: 

40ml

Gin

Dash

Angostura Bitters

20ml

Cherry Brandy

10ml

Grenadine

30ml

Lemon Juice

5ml

Benedictine

80ml

Pineapple Juice

 

RECIPE: 

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well, and then strain into highball glass.

Garnish with pineapple (or orange slice) and maraschino cherry.

This can be topped off with club soda.
