INGREDIENTS:
40ml

Gin

Dash
|
Angostura Bitters
|
20ml
|
Cherry Brandy
|
10ml
|
Grenadine
|
30ml
|
Lemon Juice
|
5ml
|
Benedictine
|
80ml
|
Pineapple Juice
|
RECIPE:
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well,
and then strain into highball glass.
Garnish with pineapple (or orange slice) and maraschino cherry.
This can be topped off with club soda.
